IFC To Invest $15M In Seabright IV L.P/Prime Venture Partners

World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) said on Thursday it will contribute up to $15 million (Rs 111.6 crore) in Anglo-Dutch financial backer Prime Ventures’ most recent asset Seabright. 

The venture will be covered at 20% of the complete asset size. IFC likewise proposes a co-venture of up to $15 million, it said in a divulgence.

The World Bank arm said that Seabright will basically zero in on seed to Series An interests in Indian tech-empowered organizations across medical care, instruction, monetary administrations, coordinations, purchaser web and venture innovation. 

FC’s speculation will help Seabright and its investee organizations to execute ESG (natural, social, and corporate administration) principles and checking, the exposure said. 

Seabright will be overseen by Yashas IV, Delaware, USA, whose overseeing part is Raj Mashruwala from Azure91 Management, a Delaware USA substance.
