Healthy Bhel Chaat
Mostly chaats can be healthy, sometimes it has a lot of deep fried stuffs in them which makes them little heavy on tummy, This is one chaat which my hubby made, he added freshly chopped onions, tomatoes and boiled peanuts in them. So it is much healthier than normal ones. I finally added some sev to it for some crunch.
Ingredients for Healthy Bhel Chaat
- Puffed Rice – 3 cups
- Boiled Peanuts – ½ cup
- Onion – 1 medium chopped finely
- Tomato – 1 chopped finely
- Coriander leaves a small handful finely chopped
- Chilli Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chat Masala Powder to taste
- Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed (Recipe here)
- Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping (Recipe here)
