Maha just loves noodles so much, so i try to create dishes which looks like a noodles and guess what she absolutely loves it. This is my first version of it, will soon share many other recipe which i do for my little one. So keep checking it.
This recipe is very easy to make and taste so yummy. If your kids love pasta, you can make a simple tomato sauce and toss this noodles in that sauce and give. They will love it for sure. Eggs are rich in protein, i try to give one egg for maha daily in some form. Somedays i make egg dosa, some days i make egg mini cups in which i add lots of veggies, will share that soon..Most of the day it is this noodles and maha will finish her plate in no time at all.

Ingredients for Egg Noodles
- Egg – 1 or 2
- Turmeric Powder – a pinch (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Butter as needed

How to make Egg Noodles
- Crack open egg in a bowl, add in salt and turmeric and whisk it well.
- Now heat butter in a nonstick pan, pour the egg mix in and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.
- Now lower the heat and cook till the top of the egg sets.
- Now remove it to a plate and roll it tightly.
- Now slice it thinly to resemble noodles.
- Serve to your kids..
