Summer is already here and the heat is rising. This says that it is a perfect time to make all sorts of stuffs that keeps you cool like juices, shakes and most important ice creams. I made this a month before and it was in my draft for a while. And this is the time to give this awesome ice cream a final touch and deliver to you.
The cool thing about this ice cream is you don’t need an ice cream maker to make it, I don’t have one either. And it don’t need heavy cream, you can make it with regular milk which is a lot more healthier. And the important thing is it is eggless, isn’t that cool. You can make it with nay fruit like mango, pineapple, grapes. you can even add any nuts into it.
This ice cream is made without eggs and has corn starch and milk as thickener. So creamy strawberry ice cream.
