Papaya Smoothie 

I love papayas. Specially when they are super ripe and sweet. I know super ripe papaya can get hard to handle and get very messy. But i love the sweet flesh they have. I eat them as it is. But when they disintegrate when chopping, i make them into this smoothie and have it.

Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie

  • Ripe Papaya – 2 cups peeled and cubed
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Cold Milk – 2 cups

How to make Papaya Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and make them into a smooth puree.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
