Spinach Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Scrambled eggs are so versatile..They can pair pretty much with anything..I have quite a few scrambled eggs recipes in my blog..I love them so much, i cannot stop inventing new recipes.
I also have a spinach scrambled eggs which is made with egg whites and cheese.. This is one recipe which i made for todays lunch. I also made some whole wheat pita bread and served this with that. Loved it so much.

Ingredients for Spinach Scrambled Eggs Recipe
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 sliced thinly
- Celery – 1 chopped finely
- Spinach – 3 cups sliced thinly ( I used palak)
- Eggs – 4
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water a Splash
How to make Spinach Scrambled Eggs
- Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin seeds. Saute it for a min.
- Add in onions, celery and saute for 5 mins or so till it gets lightly golden.
- Add in spinach and a splash of water. Cook till the spinach is cooked and wilted.
- Now set the spinach aside and crack open 4 eggs in the side. Scramble it slightly.
- Now fold the spinach in and add in salt and pepper. Toss once.
- Serve with toasted bread or inside some pita pockets..
