White Chocolate Fudge
I wanted to make this white chocolate fudge as soon as i made my dark chocolate pista fudge. I adde tutti fruity to this for colour and taste. Loved it to the core, my sisters loved it so much. They emptied the whole plate in a day. I made this in microwave, but you can make this in normal sauce pan, just add everything in and heat till melted them add tutti fruity and chill it.
So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
Ingredients for White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
- White Chocolate Chips – 250 grams
- Condensed Milk – 200 grams / ½ a tin
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Tutti Fruity – ½ cup
How to make White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
- Take all the ingredients except tutti fruity in a microwave safe bowl and cook it for a min. Remove it and give a stir.
- If the chocolate is not melted properly, pop it in microwave again and cook for 30 sec to 1 min.
- Remove it and add in tutti fruity. Mix well.
- Line a plate with foil or cling wrap. Transfer the chocolate mix in this and smooth it.
- Chill it till set.
- Remove it and cut it into pieces.
- Serve.
