The plea was mentioned on Monday before Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana who agreed to list the matter.
“Is this on Justice Khanwilkar’s judgment,” the CJI asked
“Yes,” the lawyer who mentioned the matter responded.
“Ok, we will list it,” the CJI said.
