About the Call for Abstracts
Centre for Civil Society and Centre for Transparency and Accountability in Governance (CTAG), National Law University Delhi invite abstracts on the theme of ease of living and doing business in India.
Themes
- Public service guarantee laws and ease of doing business laws;
- E-governance and digitization of service delivery;
- Mechanisms to enhance transparency and accountability;
- Implementation of the law;
Workings and efficacy of the public service guarantee commissions (also called Right to Services - Commissions in some states);
- Efficacy of the complaints and dispute mechanisms in such laws;
- Role and relevance of private intermediaries such as Lok Seva Kendras; Global best practices; or
- Any other relevant sub-theme identified by the authors.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts may be up to 300 words in length
- Any uniform method of citation can be used
- The abstract must be in ‘.docx’ format only.
