Call for Papers on Indian Family System: Contemporary Issues by NLU Delhi: Submit by Feb 28

NLU Delhi is inviting submissions on Indian Family System and Contemporary Issues.

About NLU Delhi

National Law University, Delhi is a premier law university in India established by the National Law University Act, 2007 (Delhi Act No. 1 of 2008), at the initiative of the High Court of Delhi.

About the Centre

The family system has always been the backbone of Indian society since time immemorial. With the advent of economic liberalization and globalization, Indians have witnessed several changes in the family setup.

Keeping in view this shift, the Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws is planning to come up with a publication on contemporary issues emerging in the Indian Family System and reflecting on the core concerns and ethical issues that prevent in modern Indian society.

Eligibility

Research-based papers/articles (Full Papers) are invited from academicians, practitioners, and scholars from the field of law and related areas.

Submission Guidelines

  • The full-Text paper must be submitted within the stipulated deadline.
  • The papers must be genuinely ORIGINAL. In case, any other author is quoted, the citation is a must.
  • Papers need to be restricted to a maximum of 6000 words excluding footnote counts. A 4 size, 12 pt size, MS Word, Times New Roman font 1.5 line space.
  • Authors need to submit their papers in the following manner
    • Title of the paper
    • Author/Authors name, designation, institution
    • Abstract (Not more than 200 words)
    • Keywords
    • Introduction.
    • Body of the paper
    • Conclusion
    • References/Bibliography

How to Submit?

Complete research paper/article compliant with the guidelines must be sent through email at csplnlud@gmail.com

Note: Accepted papers shall be published in a book with ISBN. There is no requirement for any payment for the publication of the papers. A Softcopy of the paper published in the Book shall be sent to the author of the accepted papers.
