The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) is a Centre of Excellence to facilitate the highest standards of research in Corporate Law, Governance, Insolvency, and allied laws in India.

The Centre aims to provide a platform to carry out research projects, organize academic workshops, lectures and conferences, conduct Faculty Development Programs, etc., and work towards the advancement of Corporate and Insolvency laws in India. About the Competition

This prestigious conference aims to ignite in-depth research and insightful discourse on critical issues within the realm of Indian Corporate and Insolvency Laws. By nurturing the expertise of young lawyers in Corporate and Insolvency Laws, the competition envisions paving the way for a more conducive business environment and a fair marketplace, ultimately benefiting all stakeholders within the industry.

The first edition of the CARCIL-CNLU NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ANTI-TRUST LAWS, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India and association with JSA Advocates & Solicitors and the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), witnessed an overwhelming response from premiere law schools across the nation.

Building upon this remarkable legacy, CARCIL proudly presents the 2nd CARCIL-CNLU NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CORPORATE AND INSOLVENCY LAWS, in collaboration with Insolvency Law Academy. This year’s event will be conducted in offline mode in the CNLU campus on September 21, 2024 along with an Expert Panel Discussion on the “Evolution of Insolvency Laws with a Focus on MSMEs” where esteemed professionals from leading law firms, distinguished in-house counsels, and experts in these areas of law will convene to delve into contemporary challenges and developments.

  • September 10, 2024: Intimation of Selected Papers for Paper Presentation
  • September 21, 2024: Date of Conference (Panel Discussion and Paper Presentation)

How to Register?

Interested teams are required to register for the competition by filling out the registration form attached at the end of the post.

Fee

The registration fees is Rs 1500 per individual, which includes lunch, a conference kit, and high tea. Co-authors must also register themselves by paying the fee.
