Delhi High Court launches e-DHCR portal for its reportable judgments

The e-DHCR portal will serve as the official law report of the Delhi High Court judgments. It contains more than 2,000 judgments rendered by the Delhi High Court from the year 2007 to May 2024.

Speaking at the event, Delhi High Court Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) Manmohan said that e-DHCR portal will provide free accessibility of Delhi High Court judgements along-with a ready reckoner to lawyers, litigants, law students, legal enthusiasts and wider public.

“We have implemented an AI-powered advanced search algorithm to improve search accuracy and provide personalized recommendations based on user interactions. This will help users navigate through legal information more efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the e-DHCR portal offers multiple search options and filters, making it easier for users to find relevant information. We have also included features such as highlighting of searched words, voice search and graphs,” ACJ Manmohan highlighted.

He added that the platform promotes inclusivity by providing features like screen readers, high-contrast options and keyboard navigation.
