Justice Malhotra said that the order will be pronounced on Thursday and till then there will be stay on the order of the trial court.
“The matter is reserved for orders on the application seeking the stay of the impugned order and is directed to be listed on 15.09.2022 for pronouncement, till which date the operation of the impugned order is stayed,” the court has said.
