Advocate General Kamal Trivedi informed the Bench of Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Aniruddha Mayee that GNLU has also reconstituted its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
“Pursuant to the previous hearing, a new fact-finding committee has been formed. The institution has created awareness about this committee among students and an appeal is made for students to come forward and voice their complaints,” Trivedi told the judges.
As far as the ICC is concerned, the numbers and addresses of the members have been made public to encourage students to lodge their complaints directly to the members.
