First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
My senior practices only in Income Tax Tribunal, Hyderabad. which is at CGO Towers Kavadiguda, I am really excited to go to the courts on the first day it was all about observations and note-taking.
I was so scared seeing all the retired IRS and revenue officials practising in tribunals.
Main tasks
My main task is to observe the court proceedings, take notes and follow the cause list for a few weeks thereafter taking adjournments before the judges
Work environment
All the staff working in the tribunal are very friendly and members encourage the Junior Advocates.
Good things
I made a lot of friends, I learned a lot from my seniors.
Bad things
No bad things, only good things.

Rs. 5000

I understood that taxation matters related to Income Tax or GST need knowledge in different areas such as Finance, Accountancy, Income Tax / GST Laws and General Laws as well.
