Development Consortium (DC), an NPO, is seeking applications from eligible law students for a remote internship opportunity.

About the Role
The intern would be: –
- Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts DC’s processes.
- Assist in implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on compliance requirements for DC and its existing and/or upcoming projects.
- Drafting legal agreements, correspondence, and other documents.
- Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing details and documents to the Finance team as requested by the DC finance team.
- Assisting the legal team at DC while reporting to the Legal Associate directly or any other assigned representative at DC.
- Providing support on audits as may be needed.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the line manager or designated representative.
- Ensuring confidentiality at all costs at all times even after the internship ends.
