Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic legal interns to join our team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and insight into various areas of law through active involvement in matters. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers, contribute to ongoing cases, and enhance your understanding of complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis on civil, commercial, arbitration, IPR, and criminal law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Support preparation for client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and provide input on legal strategies.
- Review case files and summarize relevant information for the legal team.
- Conduct research on legal precedents, statutory laws, and case law.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and client meetings, as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of legal arguments and case preparation.
