Roles & Responsibilities
- Collating, sorting, and maintaining a repository of all legal contracts and related documents on a day-to-day basis
- Organizing the contracts’ repository as per the business requirements
- Reviewing and summarising contracts to extract and collate the requisite data from contracts such as:
- Name of parties
- effective date of contract
- term of contract
- other commercial details.
- Coordinating with various teams to obtain the relevant contract-related data and information.
- Ideal resources would have some paralegal experience including data extraction, contract review, contract summarisation sorting organizing legal documents, etc. However, if we are not able to get resources with paralegal experience quickly, good resources with data entry, sorting and filing of documents, creating trackers, etc. should also work.
