About the Opportunity
This is purely a corporate internship with no exposure to court-related work. Folks with prior experience in the corporate field shall be preferred but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working on different kinds of Agreements: MSA, NDA, SLA, SHA, MOU, LOI etc.
- Working on Contract Lifecycle Management and record management.
- Working on data protection and data security domain, researching applicable rules & regulations, and preparing reports based on research.
- Working on GDPR, HIPAA, ISO & CCPA regulations and ensuring their compliance.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders on documentation process, requirements and fulfillments.
- Working on IP-related matters and supporting the leadership with Trademark and patent matters.
- Working on open source licence matters and licensing agreements.
- Coordinating with local regulatory authorities, concerned departments and administrative bodies.
- Working on company law compliance and ensuring timely filings and returns.
Eligibility
- Freshers/Graduates in Law, LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, etc. are eligible.
- Final-year students enrolled in law courses are also eligible to apply (5th-year students of 5 years course or 3rd-year students of a 3-year course are eligible).
- Prior experience in Contract Drafting, Data Protection domain or compliance domain would be preferred.
- A clear understanding of concepts related to the Contract Act, Companies Act, IT Act, etc. is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
Duration
The duration of this internship at Zyla Health will be 6 months.
