Central Bureau of Investigation invites application for the post of Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court) to conduct CBI Cases in the Trial Court, Yupia (Arunachal Pradesh).
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have a degree in LL.B.
- Candidate must have Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Candidate should have experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
- Unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms & conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.
- Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocate.
- Candidate should have a minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court), who have experience in handling criminal matters.
