Justice Hima Kohli to head Supreme Court Gender Sensitisation and Internal Complaints Committee

A notice to this effect was published on the website of the Supreme Court on May 31.

The notice informs that the nomination was made by the Chief Justice of India in the exercise of powers conferred under Clause 4(2) of the Gender Sensitisation and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013.
