The Registrar-in-charge Kamal Sultani in order dated August 8 stated that, situation was currently being met by members taking up multiple benches through video conferencing.
“There is a shortage of Hon’ble Members throughout the National Company Law Tribunal Benches that is amplified further with Hon’ble Members seeking leave on account of health and personal reasons,” the order reads.
