Last year, the Supreme Court come down heavily on Bains and criticising his move to file numerous cases against the complainant.
Bains, in turn, alleged that the complainant was filing false cases and was involved in running job rackets.
The top court, however, proceeded to stay the proceedings in all the cases filed against the complainant.
