Justice Pardiwala, who hails from Gujarat High Court, was born on August 12, 1965 and started his law practice in 1989. He was appointed Standing Counsel for the Gujarat High Court and its subordinate courts since 2002 and continued as such till his elevation to the Bench.
He was elevated as an additional judge of the Gujarat High Court on February 17, 2011 and confirmed as permanent judge on January 28, 2013.
