The Bench of CJI Chandrachud and Justices PS Narasimha and JB Pardiwala noted that urgent action was needed in the matter.
“In view of the what is being stated before the Court, we are of the view that urgent action is required to be taken by State of Maharashtra and Goa in conjunction with the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court,” it ordered.
