A bench comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit and Justice Bela M Trivedi sought the State government’s response on the petition that challenged a finding of the High Court that the MP Nursing Council had prima facie committed grave irregularity in the matter of granting recognition to these institutions.
“We are satisfied prima facie that the Authorities have acted in a slipshod manner contrary to the provisions of the Act and the Rules“, the High Court’s September 18 order had recorded.
