Structure of the Quiz
The quiz will be 90 minutes long, carry a total of 100 marks, and will be conducted in an MCQ format. The structure is as follows:
Section 1: General Legal Awareness (25 Marks)
- Topics Covered:
- Legal history and milestones
- Current legal events in India and globally
- Basics of law and foundational legal concepts
Section 2: Subject-Specific Questions (50 Marks)
- Key Legal Subjects:
- Contract Law, Criminal Law, Law of Torts, Family Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Jurisprudence
Section 3: Case-Based and Judgment Questions (25 Marks)
- Topics Covered:
- Landmark judgments
- Recent rulings by the Supreme Court of India
Eligibility
Open to law students (3-year or 5-year law programs) and LLM students from any recognized institution.

For registration to the competition, a payment of Registration Fee of INR 149/- per person is required to be made by a team willing to register for the competition.

Rules for the Quiz Competition
- Eligibility:
- Participants must be law students (pursuing LL.B.) or LLM students.
- Format and Structure:
- The quiz will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- The total marks for the quiz will be 100, and the duration is 90 minutes.
- The quiz will be conducted on our online portal, accessible only during the scheduled time.
- Remote Proctoring:
- The quiz will be remotely proctored to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Any deviation from the quiz screen more than twice will result in automatic disqualification, and the quiz will immediately end.
- Technical Requirements:
- Participants must have a stable internet connection and a device with a functional camera and microphone for proctoring purposes.
- Ensure your device is fully charged to avoid interruptions.
- Rules During the Quiz:
- Each question carries 1 mark. No negative marking for incorrect answers.
- Participants are prohibited from opening additional browser tabs, apps, or using external resources.
- Once the quiz timer starts, it cannot be paused or restarted.
- Tie-Breaker:
- In case of a tie, the participant who completes the quiz in the shortest time will be declared the winner.
- Disqualification:
- Any form of malpractice, including seeking external help, switching screens, or cheating, will result in immediate disqualification.
- Technical glitches caused by the participant’s device or network will not warrant a redo.
- Prizes:
- Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.
- Registration:
- All participants must complete the registration process before the deadline. Late registrations will not be entertained.
- Results Announcement:
- Results will be announced within 2-3 days of the quiz.
- Winners will be notified via email and on the official platform.
