Faculty
Mr. Paruchuri Baswanth Mohan is a legal practitioner with an extensive experience of more than 11 years in the Contract Management services. He has worked with various LPOs, IT companies and law firms like QuisLex Legal Services Pvt Ltd, Unimarks Legal Solutions, Corp Comm Legal, etc. and has assisted many firms and companies in Contract Drafting, Contract Abstraction and Contract Summarization.
Mr. Paruchuri graduated from JC College of Law and then completed his masters in Company Law in 2011. He is passionate about Contract Management Systems and his core expertise lies in Contract Drafting (Contract Redlining and Reviewing), Contract Summarization, Contract Abstraction, Creation of Standard Contract Templates, Negotiation of Contracts, Maintenance of Contract Repository and Conducting Risk Analysis and Due Diligence on key provisions of the Contracts.
Mr. Paruchuri has assisted Mr. Bhumesh Verma in writing a book on contract drafting (“A practical guide to contract drafting”) and has drafted various sample contract templates in the book.
Ms. Ankita Aich is a legal practitioner with extensive experience working in the field of contract drafting and contract management. She has worked extensively in this field at Thomson Reuters and is keenly interested in intellectual property rights and competition law. She graduated from the ILS Law College, Pune in 2012 and completed her Masters in IPR Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, in 2016
Prior to pursuing her Masters, Ankita worked in the private sector as an in-house corporate counsel at Times Music (TOI Group) Mumbai, where she dealt with media and artist contracts.
Her interest in IPR Laws led her to work in the Government sector, as a Copyright Examiner at the Copyright Office, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She has also worked as a Research Associate at the Competition Commission of India.

This is a self-paced course. You can watch the recorded lectures and the reading resources at your own pace and convenience.
2. For how long can I access this course?
6 months in total.
3. Can we download the material?
Allowing for downloading of material puts our work at risk of copyright violation and related misuse. Learners can easily access the material (reading modules, recorded lectures, assignmens, etc.) from the Learning Management System (LMS).
Downloading of material is not allowed. Access to the material via the LMS is easy and the students are free to take notes via online/offline mediums.
