About VES College of Law
VES College of Law was started in the year 2009 under the umbrella of Vivekanand Education Society and since then it has acquired competency in providing legal education, and proficiency in implementing practical skills by involving students in the decision-making process and hosting several State and National Level Competitions.
About the Moot Competition
We are pleased to announce – ‘Shri. Hashuji Advani Memorial 5th National Moot Court Competition, 2022- 2023’ is to be held on the 13th, 14th and 15th of January, 2023. It gives us immense pleasure to extend our heartfelt invitation to this competition.
They truly believe that this competition shall provide a platform for students of law to sharpen their minds, develop their skills and showcase their legal knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
- All Law Schools recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the competition.
- Bona-fide law students pursuing a 3 or 5 years degree courses shall be eligible to participate in the competition.
General Rules
- The oral rounds shall be conducted physically at the campus premise and comprise Preliminary Round 1, Preliminary Round 2 and advanced rounds viz. Semi-Finals and Finals.
- The teams shall represent both Petitioners and Respondents each once during Preliminary Round 1 and Preliminary Round 2 respectively.
- The team representing the Petitioner(s) shall submit their arguments first, followed by the team representing the Respondent. Upon completion of the arguments, the applicant shall have the option of submitting rebuttals, followed by the Respondent. Sur Rebuttal shall/shall not be permitted, subject to the discretion of the judges.
- The Student Counsels must use only their Team Codes in all circumstances.
- Memorial Exchange shall be done a reasonable time ahead of each advanced round, as the Organizing Committee decides.

- After registering provisionally team is required to fill the Registration Form and mail the scanned copy along with payment receipt in PDF Format to mootcourtveslaw@gmail.com within 2 days of provisional registration
