Hapur lynching: What UP court decided after victims said no ill will, don’t impose death penalty

The accused were held liable for the offence of murder and other offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The complainant and victims were represented by Advocates Vrinda Grover, Soutik Banerjee, Devika Tulsiani, Haji Yusuf Qureshi (Late) and Mohd Furquan Qureshi.
