In December 2021, Dindoshi Sessions Court had sentenced the applicant to imprisonment for life for the offence of murder punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
He sought temporary bail for one week to appear for the entrance examination and produced the admit card to support his prayer.
The Court noted the past conduct of the applicant and released him on cash bail of ₹15,000.
