First-Day Formalities, Infrastructure, and First Impression

I sent in my paperwork on the first day of my internship and received a briefing on what was required of me in the workplace as an intern. Adv. RD Singh Sir gave me a direct interview during which he welcomed me to the firm and gave me a tour of his associates.

Main Tasks

Since Tripaksha Litigation focuses on matrimonial matters, the intern’s primary responsibilities at the firm are as follows: Draft legal documents such as notices, written statements, and petitions, as well as other relevant documents including income affidavits and responses to applications. participating both in person and online in court proceedings alongside advocates in the office. monitoring the observance of ongoing proceedings and trials’ compliance with procedural standards. research on the cases being adjudicated and the most recent rulings.

The only things that were problematic were the lengthy work hours and the fact that vacation and sick days could only be taken when called in. Nevertheless, since this is a subjective matter that depends on the individual, I think it was a fantastic learning opportunity.

As I live in Uttam Nagar, I used to travel by metro or auto-rickshaw. The office is within walking distance from the KOHAT ENCLAVE metro station.

I have learned in detail about family law; I have researched many judgements…… I used to visit court every day with my seniors, and here, seniors are very cooperative. They helped me to know about cases which I used to visit with them like:- adv. Manmohan sir , adv Simran mam , adv Jyoti Sharma mam , adv prateek sir , adv Vaibhav sir , adv. Satyam sir and adv yakshu Jindal etc … I am very thankful to this firm which provides a great environment and keeps a supportive attitude towards interns
