The Court noted that summons were served upon Santoshi on April 14 as well. Therefore, it concluded that Santoshi had deliberately failed to appear before the Court .
Accordingly, the Court ordered issuance of bailable warrants of ₹10,000 against Santoshi within 30 days, returnable on September 11.
