At present, Kejriwal is allowed two meetings with his legal team in a week.
Kejriwal had initially moved the trial court with a request to allow him to have two more meetings with his legal team since as he is facing more than 30 cases across the country.
He had said that the meetings may be held through virtual conference.
However, Special Judge (PC Act) Kaveri Baweja had rejected the plea.
Judge Baweja noted that Kejriwal had earlier also moved a similar plea which was rejected by the court.
He then approached the High Court against the special court’s order.
