Singh had booked a flat with the firm in Delhi’s Hauz Khas in 2021. At the time, the flat was stated to be around ₹14.10 crore in value.
The former cricketer received the possession letter in November 2023 but when he inspected the property, the flat was found to be of sub-standard quality.
Singh has said that the builder compromised on the quality of material and downgraded the quality of fittings, furnishings, lighting and finishing of the apartment.
He, therefore, sought damages for the delay in the delivering the flat and for the use of sub-standard materials.
