In his bail plea, Kumar argued that the trial court dismissed his bail application without considering the fact that the he has already suffered “undue incarceration” and as of date has been under custody for more than 25 days.
Kumar said that he had also lodged a complaint against Maliwal but the same is not being investigated because she is an influential person.
He further contended that Maliwal’s allegations against him are not only “unbelievable/unnatural, but clearly depict the falsity in the same”.
“The entire incident as disclosed by the Complainant, is a result of a well-thought strategy and after-thought, wherein a detailed written complaint has been submitted after due deliberations and with an intent to falsely implicate the Petitioner herein,” Kumar contended.
