NLSIU and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas invite applications for FinTech Moot Court Competition 2024-2025.

About the Competition

The National Law School of India University and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) invite applications from law colleges across India to register for the first edition of the ‘FinTech Moot Court Competition, 2024-2025’ in Bengaluru.

The competition, scheduled on 14th -15th September 2024, at NLSIU, Bengaluru campus, is set to be centered around the intersection of finance, technology and the regulatory challenges raised by rapid technological developments that fundamentally alter how one delivers and consumes financial services. It aims to address some of the key emerging issues in fintech regulation.
