Mr Siddharth Kakka is a lawyer with over 8 years of experience in litigation and advisory in Corporate Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Arbitration, Taxation laws, Security Laws, FEMA, and Property Laws.

About the Opportunity

The Chamber of Advocate Siddharth Kakka is seeking dedicated and disciplined interns for our Mumbai office located in Fort. The Areas of Practice are Arbitration, Company Law, Property Disputes, 138 matters, Labour disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, Execution matters, GST Writs, Recovery matters and all the allied corporate, commercial and civil litigation.

The intern shall be prepared for an internship for a minimum of 6 months in our Chamber. Please note that we are only considering applicants who reside in Mumbai.

Mode

Physical.

Roles and Responsibilities

Litigation: Drafting applications, assisting attorneys, gaining practical experience at Bombay High Court, City Civil and Sessions Courts, District Courts, NCLT, and various other adjudicating bodies in Mumbai.

Non-Litigation: Drafting & Registration of Agreements, Contracts, Drafting documents/legal notices, conducting research, Court/Tribunal compliances, filing cases at Courts/Tribunals, attending Client meetings and allied matters.

Eligibility Criteria

All Law students.

Stipend

Paid Internship.
