SLO is an established law firm having a wide network of clients with a mixed bag of companies and individuals. They are a team of professionals having expertise in Litigation, Contract Management, and Liasoning.

The area of specialization primarily involves handling RERA Matters, White Collar Crime, Criminal and Civil Litigation with respect to Insolvency, Recovery and Arbitration Matters, Consumer Disputes, and Due Diligence.

The firm is looking for 2 long-term interns (Physical Internship) at Srivastava Law Offices, Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drafting of Complaints
  • Filing of Complaints
  • Research work as allocated by Partners.
  • Attending the Court Proceedings virtually/ Physically.
  • Management of Tracker and MIS for different clients
  • Assisting in Court Proceedings
  • Visiting the Courts/ Forums/Tribunals as per requirement
  • Communicating with the Clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Writing of Briefs of Judgements / Legal Articles.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law students currently enrolled in their Final Year of 5-year Course or 3-year Course.
  • 2023/ 2024 graduates as well.

Stipend

The stipend will be best as per Industry Standards but will vary on performance & quality of work submitted.
