What is Saveetha School of Law?
Saveetha School of Law is the oldest private law college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It offers a range of law programs, including BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, LLM, and Ph.D. in law. The college is recognized by the Bar Council of India and approved by the UGC.
It holds an impressive NAAC Grade ‘A++’ and ranks 11th among all private and public law schools in India according to the NIRF. Additionally, Saveetha School of Law boasts a flexible CBCS curriculum, digitized classes, and innovative teaching methods.
Why Saveetha School of Law?
As I already stated above it ranks 11th among all private and public schools in India according to the NIRF. Since my college CBCS pattern the curriculum is so flexible for me. For easier understanding I will put it up in simple words, for instance if I don’t feel like studying a lot or if I got any serious issue in that quarter I can choose any elective or either leave the slot according to my wish and needs.
In our college students can choose their favourite faculty for their desired subject which ensures a student friendly environment by allowing the students to choose their faculty themselves. Additionally, our college awards scholarships to those who are really academically talented enough.
How good is the Saveetha School of Law?
Ranking 11 by overtaking other prominent public and private schools is not a simple task. Since 2009 the college has never stopped its evolution. All those who are associated with college have a serious quest and thirst to improvise the college on all terms.
Coming up to Infrastructure, no one who has been to our college can deny the fact that our college has a beautiful well-engineered Library which can hold up to 200 plus students and holds books of all departments of Law.
The complete campus is Air-Conditioned except for two canteens, this helps the students to thrive with Chennai’s summer. And our college includes well maintained and clean washrooms, indoor sports room, yoga hall, multi purpose hall, laser hall, heritage guild, 2 Moot court halls, law firm, counselling room and ground for outdoor sports. Additionally, our canteens have multiple cuisines including South Indian, North Indian, Chinese as well as French snacks.
Overall experience
To sum up, this college is the one of the best options for the students who are really interested in the domain of Law particularly in Chennai. It is important to mention that not only the students from Chennai but also from different parts of our Nation studies in our college. Till now I have had a very good experience in my college. I hope this will continue till my fifth year.
