Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said when the plea came up hearing,
“Your petition is full of typographical errors; I can’t issue notice because I don’t understand anything.”
Justice Arora said that the reference to respondents in the synopsis of the plea does not correlate to the memo of parties. The judge particularly pointed that the plea makes reference to Respondent No 4, who does not exist in the memo of parties.
“It [the petition] is full of mistakes. There are too many mistakes. You will have to correct the petition first. I can’t issue notice because I can’t understand… I will adjourn and you file a corrected petition,” the Court said.
The matter will be heard next on August 13.
