Months after LS defeat, Omar Abdullah wins J&K’s Budgam, leads in Ganderbal

Omar has won Budgam by 18,485 votes. In Ganderbal, he is leading by 8,558 votes as of 1.50 pm, according to EC data. Both constituencies are regarded as bastions of the Abdullahs & NC.
