Central government notifies appointment of 5 additional judges of Calcutta High Court as permanent judges

A press release announcing the appointment was published on the website of the Press Information Bureau on April 27.

The following are the additional judges who have been made permanent:

1. Justice Kesang Doma Bhutia;

2. Justice Rabindranath Samanta;

3. Justice Sugato Majumdar;

4. Justice Bivas Pattanayak; and

5. Justice Ananda Kumar Mukherjee.
