For best taste and texture, you have to ferment the batter. This mix can be made and stored in your pantry shelves for many months.
The dosa made using this batter is crispy and gives nice colour as well. Taste great with chutney or sambar. You can make masala dosa as well using the batter

- Now take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Store in a air tight container.
- When making dosa, take the flour and add in water to make a batter. Add in salt and mix well.

Notes:
1)If you are making the dosa without fermenting, then you have to add either eno fruit salt or baking soda.
2)If you are fermenting the dosa batter, don’t need to add the eno salt or baking soda. I strongly suggest you to ferment the batter before making the dosa for taste.
