Kurkuri Bhindi

This is one recipe which i made recently and instantly fell in love with it..Normally we make poriyal, avial, thoran, kichadi and even sambar out of the ladysfinger. I have even tried a completely different Rajasthan Bhindi too..But this one is completely different, plus it is so simple to make. You just need a handful of ingredients but the end product is crunchy and delicious.. Make sure you check all my ladysfinger recipe too.

This is a fried ladysfinger or okra dish..I have another version of a ladysfinger fry, will share it soon. But i love the simplicity of this recipe. I added some amchoor powder in this, which gave a nice tangy effect to it. If you love amchoor powder, You can even sprinkle some after it is fried. So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.
