DevX, Gujarat’s largest Managed Office Space provider, today announced its entry into Pune with a 20,000 sq. feet, 250 seater Managed Office Space center. Located in the heart of Pune on Senapati Bapat Marg in a Grade A Asset named ICC Trade Tower, the center is spread across 20,000 sq. ft. DevX will further augment this with an additional 1 lakh sq. ft. within the next 1 year. The company is planning to expand its national presence by October 2022 with 15 centers and 10,000 Seats. Recently, DevX launched their 700 seater Hyderabad center, besides their 3rd center in Ahmedabad and a Fintech accelerator center in GIFT city, Gandhinagar.
Recently feted as Gujarat’s leader in the Managed office space segment, DevX is a co-working space cum accelerator founded in September 2017 by three entrepreneurs Rushit, Umesh Parth (the RUPaiyya trio as they are known in the ecosystem) and one listed entity: Dev Information Technology Ltd.
