I have been working in the field of development for the last 12 years and have worked on various technologies, i.e., VBA, .Net, RPA applications. Currently, I am working as a lead developer in RPA (Blue Prism, UiPath) and also doing assessments in various areas in the BFS domain.

Before Great Learning, I was working as a Lead Developer in Blue Prism and UiPath platform. My biggest challenge was expressing my ideas in the form of data and convincing the client. I came to know about PGP AIML Great Learning from one of my managers who had done this course from Great Learning. Regarding online classes, I still think the face-to-face class is better.

I am attending the mentoring session regularly. Though the recorded videos are good enough to understand the topics, mentoring sessions helped me in clearing my doubt about certain topics. These sessions are very well designed, and there is a good mix of the theoretical and practical aspects of the relevant topic.

Our mentor keeps us engaged during the session and tries to clear our doubts as much as possible. He also helps us to understand the real-world problem which may come up during the implementation of the relevant technique. He never hesitates to extend the session whenever required. The mentor helped us to understand the complex topic intuitively and guided us about the type of questions that could be asked during the interview.

I have been applying the stats techniques in my work area, and it helped me in the process of decision-making. The “null hypothesis” technique helped me clear my doubts about certain things.

My advice will be to learn the fundamentals very thoroughly. The basics Python commands and stats basics will help till the end of the program.
