I am Nagaraju Lakumarapu, leading product management development teams as Head of Product development. We implement software products for the Telecom BSS domain. I was very keen to apply AI principles in solving customer problems or new implementations to improve end-user services quality. I joined the Great Learning for the AIFL program after taking feedback from friends and was very happy with the way AIFL was designed & executed.
Overall Experience-
The overall experience was very good. Initially, I could not spend time due to my work in parallel. However, with the support of staff, I was able to complete the AIFL program. I am very happy with the AIFL program overall. I would like to take an opportunity to thank Professor Dr. D.Narayana, Anwesh Reddy Paduri for the Capstone guidance,
Dr. Abhinanda Sarkar, Dr. Kumar Muthuraman for wonderful knowledge sessions/classes that helped me to understand AI topics very easily.
I would like to thank Diksha Chanda for all support starting from the first call of the AIFL program to its completion. Diksha owns the task & helps until it is resolved.
Capstone Project Journey-
We were 4 members in Capstone Group 5 of the batch. The capstone topic was the AI Recommendation System in Real Estate. Between the team members, we were exploring various systems that could leverage AI in improving services to end-users, and with the same thought we discussed with mentors. During the discussion, Dr. Narayan sir has proposed the area that could leverage this idea. The AI Concepts applied in the Capstone Project were Data capturing to Data mining, and AI recommendations with reinforcement techniques.
