Chicken in hot and sour sauce is a lip smacking finger licking delicious chicken dish. It taste spicy as well as little sour, hence the name. This taste great with noodles or fried rice. I served it with my chicken fried rice.

How to Make Hot and Sour Sauce
- Tomato Ketchup – 3 tbspn
- Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbspn
- Green Chilli Sauce – 2 tbspn
- Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp

Hot and Sour Chicken Preparation
- Take chicken in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
- Now mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken and fry for couple of mins.
- Now add in ginger, garlic, chillies, onions and peppers and toss well.Cook for 4 to 5 mins
- Add in salt, sugar, pepper and chilli powder. Mix well.
- Add in the sauce and toss well to coat.
- Now add in water and mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 mins till the sauce thickens.
- Serve.
