Ingredients for Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe (Veg Mayo Sandwich Recipe)
- Brown Bread Slices – 10
- Cabbage – 1 cup finely chopped
- Carrot – ½ cup grated
- Capsicum – ½ cup chopped finely
- Spring Onion – 2 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Eggless Mayonnaise – ½ cup

- Take all the ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
- Toast your bread slices in toaster or in a tawa. Spoon some of the filling in and cut into diagnols.
